Assistant Manager

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Generative AI Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Generative AI for data analysis and insights generation, as well as implementing Conversational AI solutions on databases like Databricks/Snowflake and BI applications such as Tableau and Power BI. This role requires the ability to develop and deploy AI applications using LLMs that enhance business intelligence capabilities through automated data analysis and natural language interactions. Responsibilities: Highly skilled Generative AI Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Generative AI for data analysis and insights generation, as well as implementing Conversational AI solutions on databases like Databricks / Snowflake and BI applications such as Tableau and Power BI. This role requires the ability to develop and deploy AI applications using LLMs that enhance business intelligence capabilities through automated data analysis and natural language interactions. Stakeholder Management, Presenting findings to leadership team - Design, Develop and deploy Conversational AI solutions for database queries and BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, and other analytics platforms. - Leverage advanced Gen AI methodologies, workflows, agents, and graph-based approaches to process and analyze large datasets, delivering actionable insights. - Proficient in integrating AI across the technology stack, including database like Databricks / Snowflake and reporting tools such as Power BI and Tableau - Ensure ethical AI development, bias mitigation, and adherence to responsible AI practices. - Work with large-scale datasets to train AI models efficiently and improve data-driven decision-making. - Collaborate with multiple stake holders including program managers, data scientists, engineers, and business analysts to integrate AI solutions into data pipelines. - Stay up to date with advancements in AI research and apply best practices in AI model development. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Relevant experience in the field of LLMs - Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field. - Strong programming skills in Python, SQL and AI applications development interfaces like TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX, AutoGen etc. - Familiarity with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.) and databases such as Snowflake. - Experience integrating AI models with BI tools for enhanced data analysis. - Experience in creating AI Agent using LLMs (Large Language Models) and fine-tuning if required. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Preferred Qualifications: - Understanding of AI-driven data visualization and analytics workflows. - Experience with neural deep learning and generative models. - Contributions to AI research, open-source projects, or published papers in the field. - Good to have experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps tools. - Work with Databricks/Snowflake and Cortex AI - 6 to 8 years in the Data Science domain - Highly skilled Generative AI Specialist to join our team.
