Dear Candidates Greetings from Synergy Resource Solutions a leading HR Consultancy Firm Our client a leading fast-growing solution provider in Industrial automation and in the Instrumentation industries their office located at Piplaj Dholka HighwayJob Title Automation EngineerLocation Ahmedabad at Kaizen SolutionSalary 20 000 - 25 000 per monthExperience Required 1-2 yearsEducation B E in Instrumentation and Control EngineeringPosition OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Automation Engineer to join our team The ideal candidate will have a B E in Instrumentation and Control Engineering with 1-2 years of hands- on experience in PLC HMI Motion and Drives The successful candidate will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining automation systems to improve operational efficiency and reliability Key Responsibilities - Automation System Design Design and implement automation systems including PLC Programmable Logic Controller HMI Human-Machine Interface and drive systems to meet operational requirements Programming Configuration Develop test and debug PLC programs HMI applications and motion control systems to ensure optimal performance and integration System Integration Integrate and configure automation equipment with existing systems ensuring seamless operation and data flow Maintenance Troubleshooting Perform routine maintenance on automation systems troubleshoot issues and provide timely solutions to minimize downtime Documentation Create and maintain detailed documentation for automation systems including system designs user manuals and technical specifications Collaboration Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering production and maintenance to ensure automation solutions meet project requirements and deadlines Continuous Improvement Identify areas for improvement in automation processes and propose enhancements to increase efficiency and reliability Qualifications Education Bachelor s degree in Instrumentation and Control Engineering or a related field Experience 1-2 years of hands-on experience with PLC programming HMI development motion control systems and drives Technical Skills Proficiency in PLC programming languages e g ladder logic structured text HMI software and motion control systems Problem-Solving Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and document technical processes Attention to Detail High attention to detail and precision in programming and system configuration We are excited to find a dedicated Automation Engineer who is eager to contribute to our team and grow with us If interested please send your updated resume with details of your present salary expectations notice period
