- Our Corporate Bank Technology team is a global team of 3000 Engineers (and growing) across 30 countries. The primary businesses that we support within Corporate Bank are Cash Management, Securities Services, Trade Finance and Trust & Agency Services. CB Technology support these businesses through vertical CIO aligned teams and by horizontals such as Client Connectivity, Surveillance and Regulatory, Infrastructure, Architecture, Production, and Risk & Control.

Your Key Responsibilities:

- Participate & provide Engineering leadership to global spread team(s)
- Leading development teams to evaluate and identify optimal cloud solutions.
- Participate and contribute to code review, design sessions with other team members
- Continually help to improve the performance of the team regarding SDLC, QA, CICD and post release activities.
- Act as an expert on the platform in various capacities, strategy meetings, and product development opportunities
- Educating teams on the implementation of new cloud technologies and initiatives.
- Designing, developing and deploying modular cloud-based systems.
- Developing and maintaining cloud solutions in accordance with best practices.
- Ensuring efficient functioning of data storage and processing functions in accordance with company security policies and best practices in cloud security.
- Identifying, analyzing, and resolving infrastructure vulnerabilities and application deployment issues.

Your skills and experience

A Senior Full Stack Development Engineer, responsible for developing and maintaining both the front-end and back-end of complex SaaS applications related to Banking Industry.

Technical Skills:

- Programming Languages:Strong hands-on knowledge ofGo(Golang) and GIN framework for backend development.
- API Technologies:Proficient inRESTful, GraphQLandgRPCfor building scalable and high-performance APIs.
- Cloud Platform:Solid experience withGoogle Cloud Platform (GCP), including services like Cloud Run, Compute Engine, Kubernetes, Pub/Sub, Big Query, Cloud Functions, and Cloud Storage.
- Frontend and Mobile Technologies:Proficiency withReactfor frontend development and UI/UX integration in web applications - REACTJS, MUI, JavaScript.
- DevOps & CI/CD:Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization usingDocker, and orchestration tools such asKubernetes.
- Database Technologies:Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g.,PostgreSQL,MySQL,Firestore,BigTable) and cloud-based database solutions.
- Experience with logging, monitoring and alerting using ( eg: Grafana, Prometheus, ELK )
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing and deployment strategies with detailed knowledge on Terrafom.
- Security:Knowledge of best practices for building secure applications, especially in the context of financial and banking services (e.g., mTLS, Encryption, OAuth, JWT and compliance requirements).
- Agile Methodology:Hands-on experience working in Agile environments, leading sprints, and managing delivery timelines for large-scale projects.
- Performance Optimization:Ability to identify performance bottlenecks and optimize system performance at scale.

- Team Leadership:Experience in leading and mentoring high-performing engineering teams, with the ability to inspire collaboration and technical excellence.
