The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and motivating the sales team to achieve targets. Daily responsibilities include developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, tracking performance, and ensuring the team's adherence to company goals. The Sales Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales initiatives with business objectives. Qualifications - Proven expertise in Sales Management, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management - Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to guide and motivate a team effectively - Strategic thinking with experience in Planning, Forecasting, and Sales Target Analysis - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and prioritize tasks - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - Previous experience in the insurance or financial services sector is a plus
