Job Description

Location: Pune

Job Role: Salon Manager/ Store Manager

Salon Business Manager Duties and Responsibilities:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the salon
- Oversee the work of other salon staff, such as Hairstylists, Beauty Therapist, Pedicurist and nail technicians
- Ensure that the salon is clean, organized, and well-maintained
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones
- Manage the salon&aposs inventory of supplies and products
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that arise
- Train new staff members and provide ongoing training and development for existing staff
- Monitor and manage the salon&aposs finances, including budgeting, bookkeeping, and payroll
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new products and services
- Ensure that the salon complies with all health and safety regulations

Salon Manager Requirements and Qualifications:

- Proven work experience as a Salon Manager or similar role (Minimum 2+ years)
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to manage a team of stylists and support staff
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of hair care products and services
- Ability to manage inventory and supplies
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate or Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
- Experience in customer service or retail management
- Proficiency in computer software programs, such as Microsoft Office and salon management software
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
