Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic Telesales Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad This full-time position is ideal for freshers ready to embark on a promising career path The role revolves around leveraging telesales techniques to engage and manage potential and existing customers contributing to revenue generation Qualifications and Skills Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce Mandatory skill to efficiently track customer interactions and sales performance Experience or knowledge in digital marketing Mandatory skill to enhance sales approaches and client engagement Ability to efficiently use lead generation tools to identify and pursue potential clients and sales opportunities Strong negotiation techniques for persuading potential clients and closing sales to achieve targets Skills in data analysis using tools like Excel and Tableau for better decision making and strategic planning Ability to develop and maintain positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals Understanding of B2B sales processes to handle corporate clients and large-scale sales negotiations efficiently Competence in B2C sales to manage individual consumer sales effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction Roles and Responsibilities Manage large volumes of outbound and inbound calls to generate potential leads and follow up on sales prospects Identify customer needs clarify information and provide solutions or alternatives to generate sales Document customer details and sales opportunities using CRM systems to ensure accurate record-keeping Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential clients and develop strategies to drive sales growth Keep up-to-date with products industry trends and competitors to provide informed recommendations to customers Participate in team meetings and provide feedback and insights to improve sales tactics and strategies Conduct follow-up calls to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term relationships Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives within given timeframes to contribute to the companys growth
