Key Responsibilities:-
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets in the Delhi NCR region.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with EPC contractors, government bodies, institutions.
• Manage the complete sales cycle – from lead generation, pitching, negotiation to closing deals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to refine sales strategies.
• Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams for lead generation, product demonstrations, and solution presentations.
• Provide accurate sales forecasting and prepare regular performance reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing models, and sales best practices.
Academic and Professional Qualifications:-
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Strong network in the solar/EPC industry in the Delhi NCR region.
• Ability to work independently and deliver under pressure.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.
• Willingness to travel within the region as required.
Experience:-
Minimum 6 years of sales experience in the solar/renewable energy sector.
