Job Summary We are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting activities and assist in maintaining accurate financial records. The Accounts Executive will handle bookkeeping, invoicing, bank reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, and assist with financial reporting. This role is essential to ensure smooth financial operations and compliance with company policies.We are looking for an Accounts Executive to perform daily accounting tasks. Verification of transactions in TallyReconciliation of accountsLedger scrutiny GSTR2A Reconciliation Verification of billsVerification of Cash VouchersKey Responsibilities Maintain day-to-day accounting records including invoices, receipts, payments, and journal entries. Prepare and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable. Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow. Assist in preparation of monthly financial statements and reports. Handle petty cash and expense reimbursements. Process employee expense claims and vendor payments timely. Support the preparation and filing of statutory compliance documents (GST, TDS, etc.). Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits. Monitor and update ledger accounts and ensure accuracy. Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities as required. Maintain proper filing and documentation of all accounting records. Collaborate with other departments to resolve accounting discrepancies.Required Skills Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar. Good knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good organizational and time-management skills. Basic understanding of Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and MS Office tools. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
