Job Summary We are hiring a Marketing Executive with strong knowledge of automotive lubricants, engine oils, and industrial oils. The ideal candidate should understand the various oil grades used in two-wheelers, four-wheelers, and industrial machinery. You will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to mechanics, garages, workshops, and industrial clients, promoting our lubricant products, and helping expand our distribution network. Field Marketing & Client Acquisition Visit mechanics, local garages, service stations, workshops, and industrial units daily. Introduce and promote our range of engine oils, gear oils, hydraulic oils, greases, and other lubricants. Educate mechanics and technicians about proper oil grades, maintenance schedules, and product benefits. Convert first-time buyers into repeat customers through relationship building and trust. 2. Product Promotion & Sales Demonstrate product features, advantages, and correct usage techniques. Distribute promotional material, product samples, and catalogs to mechanics and industrial customers. Take orders directly from customers and coordinate with the distributor or logistics team for delivery. Ensure good product visibility and branding at mechanic points and workshops. 3. Market Intelligence & Lead Generation Identify new mechanic shops, workshops, transporters, and small-to-medium industrial units. Keep track of customer needs, pricing trends, and competitor activity in the area. Regularly update the manager with market insights and customer feedback. 4. Customer Relationship Management Maintain good relations with existing customers to ensure long-term business. Handle any post-sales issues such as product complaints or delivery delays professionally. Educate customers on regular maintenance schedules and oil change intervals. 5. Reporting & Documentation Prepare daily reports on visits made, leads generated, orders booked, and feedback received. Maintain records of customer contact details and interaction history. Submit weekly and monthly performance reports to the area manager.Product Knowledge Required Automotive Lubricants: Engine oils (mineral, semi-synthetic, synthetic), gear oils, brake fluids Two-Wheeler & Four-Wheeler Oils: API grades (e.g., SN, SM, SL), SAE grades (e.g., 10W30, 20W40) Industrial Oils: Hydraulic oils, compressor oils, transmission fluids, greases, cutting oils Understanding of oil application based on machine type, engine size, and industrial use Awareness of local and international lubricant brands and competitors Qualifications & Skills Education: Minimum 10+2 or Graduate in any discipline (Science or Mechanical preferred) Experience: 6–1 years of experience in marketing or sales of lubricants, auto spare parts, or industrial goods Good communication skills in local language and basic English Strong technical knowledge of engine and machine oil usage Self-motivated with good persuasion and negotiation skills Must own a two-wheeler with valid driving license Familiar with the local geography and mechanic networks Basic understanding of mobile apps, WhatsApp, and sales tracking toolsMore information about this Marketing Executive JobPlease go through the below FAQs to get all answers related to the given Marketing Executive jobWhat are the job requirements to apply for this Marketing Executive job position?
