As a Tele Sales Executive, you will receive a ready-to-use customer database from the company, so there is no need to generate leads independently. Your primary focus will be to connect with potential customers, explain our products, and encourage them to explore or purchase. This role is ideal for individuals with good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a willingness to learn. Key Responsibilities 1. Telecalling & Product Promotion Contact potential customers using the database provided by the company. Introduce the company’s products and services in a clear, professional, and friendly manner. Explain the features, benefits, and value propositions of the products to generate interest. Answer customer queries effectively and provide accurate product information. Follow scripts and guidelines where necessary but also personalize interactions based on customer responses. 2. Customer Engagement & Relationship Building Build and maintain a positive rapport with potential customers during calls. Understand customer needs and requirements and suggest suitable solutions. Maintain a polite, respectful, and customer-centric approach throughout the interaction. Record feedback and relay customer insights to the sales and marketing teams. 3. Achieving Sales Growth While there are no mandatory sales targets, you are encouraged to maximize conversions. High-performing executives are eligible for attractive incentives and bonuses based on achievements. Assist customers in taking the next step towards purchasing or availing the service. 4. Data Management & Reporting Use basic MS Word and MS Excel to maintain call logs, follow-up details, and customer interaction records. Update customer information in the system as per company guidelines. Share regular updates on daily and weekly call performance with the reporting manager. 5. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement Coordinate with team members and supervisors to discuss challenges and solutions. Provide customer feedback to the marketing and product teams to improve offerings. Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and periodic training programs. Continuously improve your communication and persuasion skills to enhance call success rates. Skills & Competencies Required 1. Communication Skills Good verbal communication in English and regional languages. Ability to convey information clearly, confidently, and persuasively. Active listening skills to understand customer requirements. 2. Customer Handling Skills Patience and empathy when interacting with potential customers. Professional telephone etiquette and a polite speaking tone. Ability to build trust and maintain a positive customer experience. 3. Technical Skills Basic knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and Internet browsing. Comfortable working with online databases and call tracking tools. Familiarity with CRM systems is an added advantage but not mandatory. 4. Personal Attributes Self-motivated and enthusiastic with a passion for customer interaction. Positive attitude and willingness to learn product knowledge quickly. Punctual, reliable, and able to manage work schedules effectively.
