Monitor and manage Dealer Financial Health to ensure long-term viability and profitability

Drive Dealer Business Performance using the Balanced Scorecard methodology

Improve the quality of sales processes and dealer systems for operational excellence.

Skills & Knowledge

a) Qualifications

.MBA / BE (preferably both)

b) Work Experience

.3-6 years in Field Sales or Dealer Sales Process Management

.Preferably from the Automobile industry

Domain Expertise

Strong understanding of:

.Scorecard monitoring and performance excellence

.Customer experience and touchpoint optimization

.360 dealer evaluation frameworks

.Customer Delight Index and Satisfaction Index metrics
