Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Karigar Diamond specialist, located in Chandigarh. The role includes responsibilities such as crafting intricate diamond jewelry, enhancing jewelry pieces through polishing, and collaborating on new and customized designs. The Karigar will also support quality checks, participate in training sessions, and contribute their expertise toward fashion jewelry creation. Qualifications - Expertise in Jewelry Design and crafting intricate diamond jewelry - Skills in Polishing and enhancing the quality and finish of jewelry pieces - Knowledge of Fashion Jewelry trends and the ability to create stylish designs - Strong Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and meet their expectations - Ability to mentor or participate in Training sessions to ensure continuous improvement - Attention to detail, manual dexterity, and creativity - Prior experience in the jewelry industry is highly desirable
