About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Account Manager who will be responsible for managing B2B client relationships, driving customer success, and optimising performance funnels through strong analytical skills. The ideal candidate should be proactive, data-driven, and comfortable working cross-functionally to deliver business outcomes. Key Responsibilities 1. Funnel Optimization - Analyse customer journeys to identify friction points and improvement opportunities. - Develop and execute strategies to enhance conversion and client engagement. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement measurable funnel improvements. 1. Data Analysis & Insights - Track and interpret key account metrics to support decision-making. - Prepare performance reports, dashboards, and business reviews. - Translate data insights into clear recommendations for client growth. 1. Client Relationship Management - Act as the primary liaison for assigned B2B clients, ensuring timely communication and strong relationship building. - Understand client objectives and align internal resources to meet those expectations. - Manage escalations and ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention. 1. B2B Customer Success - Lead client onboarding and ensure smooth adoption of products/services. - Monitor account health, identify risks, and proactively address challenges. - Drive value realization and support clients in achieving their business outcomes. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field. - 24 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or B2B client handling. - Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with BI tools is an advantage. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and operate in a fast-paced environment.
