Overview: The Account Manager & Assistant plays a key role in managing and developing client accounts, as well as providing administrative support to the account management team. This position is essential for ensuring client satisfaction and retention, as well as for facilitating smooth operations within the organization.Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and nurture client relationships to achieve client satisfaction and retention
  • Support account managers in daily administrative tasks such as preparing reports and maintaining client files
  • Assist in the development and implementation of account plans and strategies
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services to clients
  • Monitor account performance and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell
  • Address client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports to clients
  • Participate in client meetings and contribute to discussions on account management
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals and contracts
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support client acquisition and retention efforts
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven experience in account management, sales, or customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
  • Demonstrated negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to analyze data and trends
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
