Job Description The key responsibilities would encompass: - Responsible for accurate and timely execution of activities pertaining to NAV, various other reconciliations such as FA, Custody & Cash. - Responsible for preparation and dissemination of various regulatory and scheme specific reporting (including IFSCA, SEZ & FPI). - Supporting in various administrative tasks and periodical filings related to SEZ. - Keeping abreast with FPI & IFSCA regulations and implementing changes, if any. - Supporting other areas of business by executing shadow NAV and other ancillary processing such as, TER, Valuation of securities, etc. (parallel control to outsourcing FA activity) for different business areas supported by the department alongside a senior team member. - Reporting and Settlement of Trades. - Carrying out various Banking Activities. - Monitoring capital activity and report cash flow to PM. - Support audit of various funds. - Onboarding brokers or vendor counterparties, if required (including end-to-end documentations). - Maintain relationship with Custodians, Banks and Fund Accountants. Competencies needed for the role - Well versed with Capital Market Operations. Understanding of financial market related instruments (equities, fixed income, collateral etc.) - A strong team player who can incorporate input from others and can generate consensus through inclusion. - Intellectual curiosity and desire to learn from others. - Good organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines in an environment of competing priorities. - Strong ability to routinely work on multiple unrelated tasks while effectively prioritizing and keeping track of deadlines. - Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills for a wide variety of audiences. - Good knowledge related to Valuation, Accounting & NAV, and Performance Fees and FPI regulations would be an added advantage. Qualifications: MBA/CA Inter/CA with 1-3 years of relevant experience.
