We are seeking a motivated and dynamic HR Executive to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting various HR functions and ensuring a smooth HR operation.

Responsibilities

- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training.
- Assist in performance management processes and employee evaluations.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and training programs.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws in India.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software (e.g., HRIS).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
