Job Description

Job Title: Inside Sales Manager (1+ Year Experience)

Location: Pune (or mention remote/hybrid if applicable)

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in Inside Sales (preferably in EdTech / IT Training domain)

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls (B2C) with students, working professionals, and parents regarding training programs.
- Conduct sales through calls, video meetings, and online presentations.
- Manage client interactions, build long-term relationships, and provide course guidance.
- Conduct negotiations, objection handling, and closing sales effectively.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets with a result-oriented approach.
- Collaborate with the marketing and academic team to improve lead quality and conversion.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update CRM tools.
- Provide inputs on market trends and competitor activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate is a must (any discipline).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Inside Sales (preferably in EdTech/IT Training domain).
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi (verbal & written).
- Knowledge of IT domain basics and ability to explain training programs.
- Proven experience in B2C calling/sales with students and working professionals.
- Ability to negotiate, handle objections, and close deals.
- Target-driven with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Team player with problem-solving and client-first mindset.
