Job Profile: Sales Executive
Location: Hyderabad
Reporting To: Sales Head
Position Overview:
As a Sales Executive at Reinvent Digital, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, nurturing leads, and closing deals to drive revenue growth. This role requires a highly motivated individual with strong prospecting skills, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to communicate the value of our digital marketing services effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
New Business Acquisition & Sales Growth:
- Identify and engage potential clients through cold outreach, inbound inquiries, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough market research to generate leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Pitch digital marketing solutions tailored to client needs and business goals.
- Close sales deals efficiently while maintaining a high conversion rate.
Lead Generation & Pipeline Management:
- Utilize outbound sales strategies such as cold calling, LinkedIn prospecting, and email outreach.
- Qualify leads to ensure they align with our ideal customer profile.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and deal progress in CRM tools (Zoho or similar).
Sales Cycle Management & Client Relationship Building:
- Guide prospects through the entire sales funnel, from initial contact to deal closure.
- Address client objections effectively and build strong, long-term relationships.
- Work closely with the marketing team to refine lead generation and conversion strategies.
- Revenue & Sales Performance:
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Optimize sales processes to shorten the sales cycle and increase efficiency.
- Provide insights on customer feedback, market trends, and competition to enhance sales strategy.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Revenue Targets: Achieve or surpass monthly sales goals.
- Lead Conversion Rate: Improve the percentage of leads converted into clients.
- Sales Pipeline Growth: Maintain a steady flow of qualified leads.
- Sales Cycle Efficiency: Reduce the time taken from initial contact to deal closure.
- Client Retention: Ensure a smooth handover to the account management team for ongoing client satisfaction.
Required Skills & Expertise:
Sales & Communication Skills:
- Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to handle objections and articulate value propositions convincingly.
- Confidence in presenting digital marketing solutions to decision-makers.
Technical & Sales Strategy Knowledge:
- Familiarity with CRM software like Zoho, HubSpot, or similar tools.
- Understanding of outbound lead generation strategies like cold email campaigns and LinkedIn outreach.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing services, including SEO, PPC, and social media marketing.
