Key Performance Indicators
  • Develop and implement sales strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives to ensure high performance and meet sales goals.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for management, highlighting performance metrics and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 3-7 years of proven experience in a sales role, preferably in a managerial capacity.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and team members.
  • Proficient in data analysis and using analytical tools to drive business decisions.
