Job Summary:
As a Client Servicing Intern for our Digital Marketing Agency, you will work closely with the
Client Servicing team to ensure our clients receive top-notch service and support. You will be
responsible for assisting the team in managing client accounts, organizing and executing
digital marketing campaigns, and ensuring timely communication between the agency and
clients.
Responsibilities:
● Support the Client Servicing team in executing marketing campaigns and meeting project deadlines
● Assist in managing client accounts, including responding to client inquiries and requests
● Help in preparing client reports, presentations, and other communication materials
● Participate in client meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items
● Assist in conducting research and analysis to support client recommendations and strategies
● Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns
● Help maintain a database of client information and project details
● Support the team in ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget
● Collaborate with other teams (Creative, Content, Tech, Analytics, SEO etc.) within the
agency to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
● Continuously learn and stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies
Qualifications:
● Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, Business
Administration, or a related field
● Strong written and verbal communication skills
● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team
● Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and tools is a plus
● Experience with project management software is a plus
● Positive attitude and willingness to learn and take on new challenges
Stipend: 15K
Duration: 3 months
Internship mode: Full-time
