Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and client-focused Account Manager for Domestic Hiring who will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding hiring needs, and ensuring successful delivery of recruitment solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in domestic hiring, team management, and end-to-end recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable recruitment solutions.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for domestic hiring across various industries and functions.
- Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery of profiles.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and updates.
- Handle escalations and ensure smooth resolution of issues.
- Track, monitor, and report on hiring progress and performance metrics.
- Work closely with clients on workforce planning and upcoming demands.
- Ensure compliance with client policies and organizational standards.

Requirements:

- Proven experience (5+ years) in domestic hiring/recruitment.
- Prior experience in account management or client servicing preferred.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, sourcing channels, and hiring trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize demands effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in stakeholder management.
- Strong team-handling and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
