Job Description Key Accountabilities Accountabilities - New Customer Acquisition Leading to fostering the commercial priorities - Monitoring sales - Establishing good rapport with clients. - Developing new sales opportunities - Tracking account targets - Acting as the point of contact for clients. Scope of work - High amount of New Customer Acquisition Leading to fostering the commercial priorities of the Area. - Pursue the Vision of Maersk to be an Integrator of Container logistics and work around digital products. - Manage assigned customers and budget base with a view of build a portfolio and business plan for the next 3 years. - Build a good understanding of target customers and the assigned account base (contact, commodities, trade lanes, type of business, contract information including exceptions and service requirements). - Establish internal network in India cluster and globally to facilitate resolution of customer issues. - Build understanding of all service offerings to be able to offer integrated solutions. Communicate significant trends, rate changes and policies to assigned accounts .Ensure Customer Relationship Management tools are updated on time and with high[1]quality data Key Interfaces - External Interfaces - Vendors - Internal Interfaces - Employees. Education & Experience - - Education Qualification (Highest) with Target Institute(s) - B.Com/M.Com./MBA-Finance/CA/ICWAI - Desired Certifications - MBA-Finance - Experience Range - 10 -15 years - Desirable experience - Minimum 7 years experience's on the subject of Sales Accounts Skills Skills Required - Functional Skills - Expert - Strong Knowledge of Sales and Marketing Accounting. - General Management experience is essential in managing the Negotiation, Time Management, Production & Processing, and Transporting. - Good Interpersonal skills including People Management Skills Leadership Skills. - Experience of working on SAP is essential. Behavioural Skills - Expert - Imagination & Creativity - High Analytical Ability - Strong Communication skills - Co-ordination Skills - Interpersonal skills General Awareness: Knows the fundamental or general understanding of concepts. Working Knowledge: Has broad job knowledge; knows and applies the full range of concepts and practices. Has broad / working knowledge of the subject. Candidate should use these concepts in day to day practices. Functional Expert: Candidate is certified functional expert with strong knowledge on concepts. Mastery: Candidate is subject matter expert and has command over the subject/concepts.
