Job Description Job Title: Associate Manager Learning and Development - Lead Happiest Minds, a leading digital transformation and technology services company, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate Manager Learning and Development - Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for developing talent and enhancing organizational performance through effective learning methodologies. Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: - Partner with global business and learning teams to analyse learning needs focused on English fluency, voice modulation, accent neutralization, and behavioural skills aligned with client and business requirements. - Design, develop, and facilitate culturally aware training programs tailored for IT professionals across different regions, focusing on voice, accent, and behavioural competencies. - Lead content creation and continual enhancement for learning modules blending various learning methodologies to effectively address global client needs. - Serve as the internal expert on English language and behavioural skills training collaborating with key stakeholders and mentoring internal trainers. - Manage branding and communications for L&D initiatives targeting diverse global teams and leadership. - Measure and report on training program effectiveness, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with business objectives. - Collaborate with internal SMEs, trainers, and global teams to ensure smooth program delivery in a hybrid work model. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelors Degree or MBA in relevant fields. - Minimum 10 years of Learning & Development experience, with a focus on English language training, voice & accent coaching, and behavioural skills. - Certified in facilitation, voice and accent coaching, or related areas. - Strong content development skills for language and behavioural programs. - Excellent command of English (written and spoken). - Experience working with global teams and adapting training programs for multicultural audiences. - Familiarity with LMS, training operations, data analysis, learning methodologies and dashboards preferred.
