Role Overview

The Enterprise/Solution Architect will be responsible for defining, developing, and maintaining the enterprise architecture vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals. This role focuses on creating scalable, secure, and efficient architectural frameworks while leading solution design efforts, especially within the Salesforce ecosystem. The architect will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IT systems and provide technical leadership on key platforms, particularly Salesforce Service Cloud and Health Cloud in a regulated environment.

Basic Qualifications

- Doctorate, Master's, or Bachelor's degree with 12 to 17 years of relevant experience
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud/Health Cloud in a call center environment
- Strong architectural design and modeling experience
- In-depth understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies
- Experience with system integration and IT infrastructure
- Proven ability to align business requirements with technical solutions in regulated environments
- Experience working in agile methodologies, including Product Teams and Development models
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning Platform, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud
- Ability to develop custom Visualforce and Lightning applications
- Strong knowledge of Service Cloud and Sales Cloud features
- Skilled in optimizing business processes through technology and integration
- Knowledge of web services, data modeling, and enterprise application integration concepts
- Familiarity with enterprise integration tools (ESBs, ETL) and common integration design patterns
- Excellent communication and presentation skills adaptable to diverse audiences
- Proactive self-starter with a demonstrated ability to learn and apply new technologies
