Marketing Support Representative

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: Expediting and close follow up of critical issues/ prompt action on rescheduling & cancellation of parts in backlog/ weekly updates on all PBO delivery schedule and status/ Reduce PBO delinquency/ prompt updating of PBO commit date JOB CONTENT: - Clear MSR & PBO Queue within the stipulated time (72hours); - Communicate daily with suppliers to expedite and improve delivery dates; - Close communication with sales and supplier on all expediting requirements; - Ensure prompt issuance of purchase order to suppliers; - Prompt updatingand to improve commitment dates from suppliers; - Monitor backlogand reflect suppliers’ information/ update into our WCP system; - Keep track of all issues such as purchase order cancellation, rescheduling etc; - Push-Out/ Pull-In/ cancellation of PBO to meet business requirements; - Ensure timely arrival of parts as per committed schedule from supplier; - Resolve/ elevate all related problems on incoming parts, such as old date code, damage parts etc with/to PM-Asset; - To attend meetings and trainings relevant to the job’s requirement; - Maintain files and purchase orders; - Ability to leadthe team and oversees their job performance and execution – Senior MSR REQUIREMENTS - A Diploma qualification or equivalent is required for this role. - 3 years of prior relevant experience is required for this position. This position is based in our office located in Bengaluru, India.
