Role

Drive top- and mid-funnel for Instellars' IT services. Prospect, qualify, run discovery, book meetings, and co-close deals with Practice Heads/Leadership.

What You'll Do

- Build named-account lists, personas, and outreach plans (India/APAC/ANZ/NA).
- Run multi-channel cadences (email, calls, LinkedIn) and secure qualified meetings.
- Lead first-touch discovery; qualify using BANT; document next steps.
- Orchestrate demos with Practice Heads, support proposals and light negotiations.
- Keep Zoho CRM up to date: contacts, activities, stages, notes.
- Partner with Marketing on sequences, campaigns, and events.

What You Bring

- 5 – 7 years B2B outbound in IT services/consulting (not just SaaS).
- Experience in getting 12-16 qualified meetings/month and turning them into SQLs.
- Proven consistency hitting meetings/SQL targets and influencing pipeline.
- Strong discovery, objection handling, and executive-ready communication.
- Hands-on with Zoho CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator + one data tool (Apollo/ZoomInfo/Lusha or others).
- Process discipline, speed, and ownership in a fast-paced environment.
