Job Description

Job Title: Associate Category Management, Online NEET JEE & School Tuition Courses

Reports to: Category Manager

Location: Kozhikode

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve category sales, margin, and profitability targets.
- Identify and act on growth opportunities through product mix, pricing, and bundling.
- Design and roll out promotional and retention campaigns in alignment with category strategy.
- Track effectiveness of digital & offline promotions and optimise for better conversion rates.
- Ensure accurate & timely product listings, flawless learner experience and smooth category operations.
- Coordinate with product, marketing, academics, support and other teams to resolve operational gaps and drive category growth
- Monitor category KPIs and share actionable insights with the Category Manager.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 24 years in category management, pricing.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and project management skills.
- Experience in Ed-tech industry is an advantage.
