We are looking for a smart enthusiastic and presentable Receptionist who will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors Along with front office management the role will involve supporting the sales team in Mutual Fund sales and assisting with KYC formalities Key Responsibilities Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner Handle incoming calls inquiries and redirect them appropriately Maintain visitor records and manage front-desk operations Assist in client onboarding processes including KYC documentation and verification Provide basic information to clients regarding Mutual Fund products and generate leads for the sales team Coordinate with the sales and operations team for client follow-ups Maintain and update client records and files Ensure a welcoming and organized reception area Qualifications Skills Required Graduate in any discipline freshers are welcome Good communication skills English Hindi preferred Basic knowledge of MS Office Word Excel Email handling Pleasant personality positive attitude and customer service orientation Interest in financial products Mutual Funds Investments will be an added advantage What We Offer Competitive salary package of 12 000 - 15 000 per month Training and exposure in financial services mutual fund industry Growth opportunities in client servicing and sales support A professional and supportive work environment Position Receptionist Department Front Office Sales Support Salary Range 12 000 - 15 000 per month Job Types Full-time Fresher Pay 12 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
