We are looking for a smart, enthusiastic, and presentable **Receptionist** who will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. Along with front office management, the role will involve supporting the sales team in **Mutual Fund sales** and assisting with **KYC formalities**.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner.
- Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and redirect them appropriately.
- Maintain visitor records and manage front-desk operations.
- Assist in client onboarding processes, including **KYC documentation and verification**.
- Provide basic information to clients regarding **Mutual Fund products** and generate leads for the sales team.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations team for client follow-ups.
- Maintain and update client records and files.
- Ensure a welcoming and organized reception area.

**Qualifications & Skills Required**
- Graduate in any discipline (freshers are welcome).
- Good communication skills (English & Hindi preferred).
- Pleasant personality, positive attitude, and customer service orientation.
- Interest in financial products (Mutual Funds, Investments) will be an added advantage.
