Job Overview

We are looking for a polite, well-groomed, and customer-oriented Female Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors at our store. She will be responsible for welcoming customers, managing registration, maintaining records, and supporting the smooth day-to-day functioning of the store.

We take pride in offering a female-friendly work environment with a safe and professional atmosphere. To ensure convenience, we also provide a pickup and drop facility for our female staff members.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers with warmth and professionalism.
• Assist visitors in filling out customer registration forms and collect accurate details.
• Maintain and update customer data records systematically.
• Answer and route phone calls, provide basic information, and assist with general queries.
• Support in coordinating customer appointments, schedules, and store activities.
• Ensure cleanliness, discipline, and decorum of the reception and store area.
• Assist management and staff in general administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate/Undergraduate with 03 years of experience in a similar role (freshers may apply).
• Pleasant personality with good communication skills (Hindi & English preferred).
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry).
• Friendly, approachable, and able to handle customers with patience and professionalism.
