Role Description We are seeking a full-time Depot Manager for an on-site role based in Satna. The selected candidate will oversee daily depot operations, including inventory management, safe storage, and the efficient distribution of goods. Responsibilities include supervising and managing a team to ensure smooth execution of logistics processes, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and maintaining accurate reporting of warehouse activities. The Depot Manager will also coordinate with vendors, transporters, and clients to ensure operations run seamlessly while identifying opportunities to improve workflow and cost-efficiency. This role requires effective problem-solving and leadership skills to guarantee optimal operations in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications - Strong skills in Inventory Management, Warehousing Operations, and Supply Chain Coordination. - Proficiency in Logistics Planning, Transportation Management, and Compliance with safety and operational standards. - Strong Leadership, Team Management, and Organizational Skills. - Proficiency in Reporting, Data Analysis, and Process Improvement Strategies. - Relevant experience in cold chain logistics or FMCG will be an advantage. - Ability to work effectively on-site, at the Satna facility, and prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred; equivalent experience will also be considered.
