Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Ecommerce Specialist to manage and grow our online sales channels. This role involves handling day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth execution of online orders, maintaining listings, coordinating with various teams, and implementing strategies to increase online revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage product listings, content updates, and pricing on ecommerce platforms.

- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize listings and drive growth.

- Coordinate with inventory, customer service, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

- Assist in planning and executing promotions, campaigns, and sales strategies.

- Generate reports to track sales, returns, and performance.

- Stay updated with ecommerce trends, tools, and platform guidelines.

Qualification & Experience:

- Prior experience in the ecommerce industry preferred, though candidates with relevant experience from other domains may also apply.

- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
