Job Title: Senior Specialist – Sustainable & Disaster-Resilient Buildings Location: Trivandrum, Kerala Overview We are looking for an accomplished professional to lead the design and delivery of sustainable, disaster-resilient building projects across Kerala. This role demands strong technical expertise, leadership, and hands-on project management experience. Key Responsibilities - Lead the design and supervision of resilient and sustainable buildings. - Ensure quality, budget control, and timely delivery of construction activities. - Guide multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with government and stakeholder agencies. - Conduct site visits and provide technical reviews and recommendations. - Prepare and review designs, drawings, and reports using AutoCAD and related tools. Qualifications - Postgraduate degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related fields. - 15+ years' proven experience in sustainable and disaster-resilient building design and construction. - 7+ years in project and construction management. - Proficiency in AutoCAD and design software. - Native of Kerala, Malayalam speaking. - Experience with World Bank or government-funded projects preferred. - Knowledge of Kerala's socio-economic context is an added advantage.
