The Company, Divyogam International LLP, hereby employs the Employee as Business Development Executive as described in the Job Description.2. Project Duration: 5-7 months 3. **: Employee Compensation Structure:The Intern/Employee will receive a monthly stipend ₹5,000. In addition to the monthly stipend, the Employee is eligible to earn incentives based on the achievement of monthly targets. Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to your team on promotion strategies, social media best practices, and web series content.Monitor team performance, offer constructive feedback, and ensure targets are consistently met.Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.Social Media & Digital Promotion:Develop and execute innovative social media strategies to maximize the visibility and reach of 'Jinda Ho Tum' across all major platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).Create compelling and shareable content (text, images, videos, memes, etc.) that resonates with target audiences and drives engagement.Actively share and promote web series content on personal and team social media channels, encouraging widespread sharing.Monitor social media trends, engage in relevant conversations, and identify opportunities for viral promotion.Implement strategies to increase the web series' presence, follower count, and overall digital footprint.Audience Engagement & Community Building:Initiate and participate in online discussions related to the web series, fostering a strong sense of community around 'Jinda Ho Tum.'Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.Identify and engage with influencers, fan pages, and relevant online communities to amplify promotional efforts.Reporting & Analysis:Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to team recruitment, social media reach, engagement, and audience growth.Prepare regular reports on promotional activities and results for management.Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing future promotional campaigns.Ad Hoc Responsibilities:Undertake any additional responsibilities as assigned by management to support the overall promotion and success of Web SeriesMore information about this Business Development Executive JobPlease go through the below FAQs to get all answers related to the given Business Development Executive jobWhat are the job requirements to apply for this Business Development Executive job position?
