Job Summary

We are looking for a UX/UI Designer with deep expertise in data visualization and dashboard design to elevate the user experience of our enterprise analytics products. These tools are used daily by executives, sales teams, and business managers to make data-driven decisions that impact company strategy and performance. We are seeking someone who can bring structure, clarity, and visual hierarchy to complex datasets, transforming raw information into intuitive and actionable dashboards. Youll collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business analysts to design user-centric experiences that turn insights into impact.

Responsibilities

Design and Prototyping

- Design enterprise dashboards with a focus on usability, clarity, and storytelling across different user personas (executives, sales, revenue ops, etc.)
- Translate business requirements into thoughtful, user-friendly visual designs
- Develop wireframes / prototypes / high-fidelity mockups, incorporating design best practices for enterprise data visualization

Implementation and Collaboration

- Partner closely with engineers to implement scalable designs within modern BI platforms like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
- Ensure design intent is preserved throughout development and delivery phases

Standards & Governance

- Establish and maintain dashboard design templates, style guides, and reusable components to be adopted by other analytics teams for consistent UX across analytics tools
- Act as the go-to UX/UI expert for analytics and reporting products, advising teams on data visualization and design best practices

User Feedback & Advocacy

- Conduct user research, feedback sessions, and usability testing to continuously improve product experience
- Evangelize good design principles across the analytics organization, balancing user needs, business context, and technical feasibility

Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong focus on enterprise dashboards, analytics tools, or data platforms
- A portfolio showcasing dashboard design, data storytelling, and UX work that demonstrates your ability to simplify complexity and design for insight
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD)
- Familiarity with the capabilities and limitations of modern BI platforms like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker, and how to design within those systems
- Excellent collaboration skills, able to work with cross-functional teams, and advocate for design decisions with both technical and business stakeholders
- Experience working in data-heavy environments such as SaaS, B2B tech, finance, or enterprise operations
