Role Overview We're looking for a Cinematographer & Video Editor who can transform concepts into visually compelling stories. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for framing, lighting, and composition and a strong command of editing techniques to bring videos to life for campaigns, reels, brand shoots, and digital ads. Key Responsibilities - Conceptualize and execute video shoots for ads, social media, brand campaigns, and client projects. - Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment to ensure high-quality visuals. - Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to translate briefs into impactful visuals. - Edit raw footage into polished final outputs using professional editing tools. - Add sound design, music, motion graphics, and color grading to enhance storytelling. - Maintain a consistent visual identity across all video content. - Stay updated with the latest trends in cinematography, editing, and social media formats. - Manage data storage, project backups, and video archiving efficiently. Requirements - Proven experience as a Cinematographer or Video Editor (portfolio required). - Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects (or similar). - Strong sense of visual composition, lighting, and camera movement. - Experience in shooting with DSLRs. - Knowledge of motion graphics and color grading is a plus. - Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously. - Creative mindset with attention to detail and storytelling finesse. Preferred Skills - Drone operation and aerial cinematography (added advantage). - Experience in creating short-form content (Reels, YouTube Shorts, Ads).
