The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for framing, lighting, and composition — and a strong command of editing techniques to bring videos to life for campaigns, reels, brand shoots, and digital ads.Key ResponsibilitiesConceptualize and execute video shoots for ads, social media, brand campaigns, and client projects.Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment to ensure high-quality visuals.Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to translate briefs into impactful visuals.Edit raw footage into polished final outputs using professional editing tools.Add sound design, music, motion graphics, and color grading to enhance storytelling.Maintain a consistent visual identity across all video content.Stay updated with the latest trends in cinematography, editing, and social media formats.Manage data storage, project backups, and video archiving efficiently.RequirementsProven experience as a Cinematographer or Video Editor (portfolio required).Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects (or similar).Strong sense of visual composition, lighting, and camera movement.Experience in shooting with DSLRs.Knowledge of motion graphics and color grading is a plus.Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.Creative mindset with attention to detail and storytelling finesse.Preferred SkillsDrone operation and aerial cinematography (added advantage).Experience in creating short-form content (Reels, YouTube Shorts, Ads).Why Join AdsGripWork with a young, creative, and passionate team.Opportunity to collaborate on diverse brand projects across industries.Exposure to both creative direction and digital marketing strategy.Growth-oriented work culture that values ideas and innovation.How to ApplySend your portfolio/reel and resume to operations@adsgrip.com.
