Role Overview We’re looking for a Cinematographer & Video Editor who can transform concepts into visually compelling stories. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for framing, lighting, and composition — and a strong command of editing techniques to bring videos to life for campaigns, reels, brand shoots, and digital ads. Key Responsibilities Conceptualize and execute video shoots for ads, social media, brand campaigns, and client projects. Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment to ensure high-quality visuals. Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to translate briefs into impactful visuals. Edit raw footage into polished final outputs using professional editing tools. Add sound design, music, motion graphics, and color grading to enhance storytelling. Maintain a consistent visual identity across all video content. Stay updated with the latest trends in cinematography, editing, and social media formats. Manage data storage, project backups, and video archiving efficiently. Requirements Proven experience as a Cinematographer or Video Editor (portfolio required). Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects (or similar). Strong sense of visual composition, lighting, and camera movement. Experience in shooting with DSLRs. Knowledge of motion graphics and color grading is a plus. Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Creative mindset with attention to detail and storytelling finesse. Preferred Skills Drone operation and aerial cinematography (added advantage). Experience in creating short-form content (Reels, YouTube Shorts, Ads).
