Key Responsibilities

- Strategic Account Management: Develop and execute comprehensive account plans for each key account to identify growth opportunities, increase market share, and ensure customer retention.
- Revenue Growth: Drive significant revenue growth by identifying and closing new business within existing key accounts. This includes upselling and cross-selling additional products or services.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and senior executives within client organizations. Serve as the primary point of contact for all strategic matters.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Key Account Managers. Set clear performance goals, provide regular coaching and feedback, and foster a high-performance sales culture.
- Negotiation & Contracts: Lead high-level negotiations for major contracts and renewals, ensuring favourable terms for the company while maintaining strong client relationships.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure key account needs are met and to develop tailored solutions.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to proactively identify new opportunities and potential risks.
- Performance Reporting: Accurately forecast revenue and provide regular reports on key account performance, pipeline status, and strategic initiatives to senior leadership.
- Team Handling, Nurturing and building relationship with existing accounts

· Negotiations and end to end responsibility of an enquiry.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a key account or strategic account management leadership role.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in managing and growing a portfolio of high-value accounts and consistently exceeding sales targets.
- Leadership: Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking and presentation abilities.
- Negotiation: Expert-level negotiation and closing skills.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and long-term about account growth and market positioning.
- Business Acumen: Deep understanding of business operations, financial metrics, and a solid grasp of how to connect business value to client needs.
- Experience in B2B Capex sales.
- Should have experience in regional or national level sales.
