ensure account payable procedures are followed at all timesHealth Safety ManagementImplement and manage safety procedures to ensure the provision of a safe working environmentEnsure compliance with statutory regulations on fire health and safety standardsSite Operations ManagementImplement Industry Best Practice operationsAssist and monitor to ensure all building procedures and performance measures are maintained at all timesEnsure all Critical Environment CEM requirements are metSeek ways to reduce costs and improve operational standards24 7 emergency call support and site attendance is requiredRisk ManagementAssist in the implementation and management of a property risk management programSupport the implementation and monitoring of disaster recovering and business continuity plansFollow established escalation procedures and incident reporting proceduresAdhere to Jones Lang LaSalles business conduct by ensuring compliance with the firms guidelines procedures and strategiesAchieve Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreement targetsCANDIDATE SPECIFICATION KEY SELECTION CRITERIAIdeal ExperienceMin 2 years of experience in facilities property management hospitality or related fieldQualification Diploma in Electrical or BE in similar disciplineExperience of working in client industry environmentKnowledge of local health and occupational
