We are seeking a skilled HR Executive to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and training. The HR Executive will play a vital role in enhancing our organizational culture and ensuring compliance with labor regulations.

Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Coordinate employee training programs and development initiatives to enhance workforce skills and performance.
- Handle employee grievances and provide guidance on HR-related issues to promote a positive workplace culture.
- Maintain employee records and manage HR databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.

Skills and Qualifications

- 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources in Healthcare Industry
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices in India related to Healthcare industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
