Job Description:
- Provide desktop support across multiple sites, including the US and Lebanon, and support remote users.
- Stay current with evolving technologies to proactively improve systems, performance, and user support.
- Install, configure, administer, and maintain office computer systems, printers, scanners, and (UPS) units.
- Perform proactive Office 365 administration, including:
- Account creation and deactivation
- Secure Score improvement
- Phishing simulation campaigns
- Continual learning and implementation of valuable Microsoft 365 features.
- Troubleshoot and maintain network devices such as switches and firewalls (SonicWall preferred).
- Willing to collaborate with the sister company's clients in India to troubleshoot and resolve ISP and network connectivity issues.
- Perform software and firmware upgrades and ensure system configurations meet security standards.
- Ensure both office and remote computer systems are current with antivirus and security updates.
- Maintain accurate IT inventory records for the Axelon India office (using GoGenuity).
- Support and troubleshoot networking protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
- Take initiative in IT projects and larger system deployments.
- Work independently with minimal supervision, while being a team-oriented and self-motivated professional.
- Flexibility to occasionally work outside regular business hours, primarily for system installations, upgrades, and maintenance tasks.
