Roles and Responsibility - Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the hotel. - Manage front desk operations, including handling guest inquiries and resolving issues. - Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery. - Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism. - Ensure all areas are clean and well-maintained. - Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance guest satisfaction. Job Requirements - Proven experience in hosting or hospitality is required. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. - Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are necessary. - Familiarity with hotel management systems and software is preferred. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. - Female candidates only.
