The Impact you will have in this role: The DevOps Engineering focus specializes in creating combined software development and IT operations practices which shorten the systems delivery life cycle and provide a continuous delivery platform. Builds and maintains the tooling and infrastructure used to automate the release, deployment, and upgrade processes. Your Primary Responsibilities: - Design, implement, and maintain the infrastructure and deployment pipelines to support the development and deployment of our applications. - Collaborate with software engineers, system administrators, and other team members to identify and implement efficient and reliable solutions. - Automate processes and tasks to improve efficiency and scalability. - Implement continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes. - Provide technical support and assistance to the development team. - Monitor, analyze, and optimize system performance, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security. - Define and implement appropriate monitoring and alerting systems for timely identification and resolution of incidents. - Maintain and enhance the security of our infrastructure, applications, and systems, ensuring compliance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements. - Develop and maintain system documentation - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in DevSecOps and cybersecurity. - Mitigates risk by following established procedures and monitoring controls, spotting key errors and demonstrating strong ethical behavior. Qualifications: - Minimum of 8 years of related experience - Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience Talents Needed for Success: - Bachelor's degree in technical/computer discipline or related experience required 8 to 14 years experience in Infrastructure as a Code Development (IAC) skills using DevSecops pipeline - Should possess Strong Knowledge on provisioning tools like IAC development (Ansible, Python, Terraform) - Should possess Strong Knowledge on (Java, Angular Development Skills) - Strong Experience in using Restful webservices (Integration and Development) - Hands on Experience in product life cycle management & agile based delivery - SCM / DevOps / CI/CD tools & process (GIT/Bitbucket, Maven, Ant, Jenkins, Sonar) - Agile Methodology and Tools (JIRA) - Strong Knowledge on CI/CD development which is like enhancements/customizations on Jenkin pipeline using groovy/python - Proven Understanding with Cloud deployments (Private Cloud / AWS / Azure) - Experience with Cloud Platforms, Container/Orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Cloud Foundry) - Experience with Database Skillsets (PostgreSQL, Snowflake)
