Supervise and guide the quality inspection team on daily activities Monitor in-process final and incoming quality checks as per defined SOPs Ensure adherence to product quality standards specifications and customer requirements Investigate and address quality deviations non-conformities and customer complaints Conduct root cause analysis RCA and implement corrective and preventive actions CAPA Maintain proper documentation for inspections testing and quality records Assist in internal audits external audits e g ISO customer audits and compliance activities Train production and quality team members on quality systems standards and tools Collaborate with production and maintenance to improve process consistency and reduce defects Ensure calibration of measuring instruments and lab equipment is up-to-date Qualifications Skills Diploma or Bachelor s in Mechanical Industrial Plastics Quality Engineering or relevant field Proven experience in a quality control or assurance role preferably in a manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of quality tools such as 7QC tools CAPA 5 Whys Fishbone Diagram FMEA etc Working knowledge of ISO 9001 ISO 14001 ISO TS 16949 or relevant industry standards Familiarity with measuring instruments Vernier micrometer gauge blocks etc Good documentation and report-writing skills Proficient in MS Office ERP QMS systems Excellent attention to detail communication and problem-solving skills Job Type Full-time Pay 14 746 43 - 65 747 73 per month Work Location In person
