Job Summary The Laundry Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the laundry department They ensure that all linens uniforms guest laundry and other fabrics are cleaned pressed and delivered efficiently and to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene The role involves supervising laundry staff maintaining equipment and coordinating with other departments to meet service requirements Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the laundry department Ensure proper handling washing drying folding and pressing of all hotel linens uniforms and guest clothing Schedule laundry staff and assign tasks to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery Maintain inventory levels of laundry supplies detergents softeners etc and request replenishment as needed Inspect laundered items to ensure quality and cleanliness standards are met Train motivate and evaluate laundry staff to ensure high performance and compliance with hotel standards Maintain and troubleshoot laundry equipment coordinating repairs and preventive maintenance with engineering or external vendors Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to meet linen requirements and special requests Monitor energy and water usage to support sustainability initiatives Maintain records of linen usage damaged items laundry productivity and staff attendance Job Type Full-time Pay 14 000 00 - 18 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Paid sick time Provident Fund Work Location In person
