Join HCL TEC---SIAM Functional Consultant Hiring: SIAM Functional Consultant Location: Noida Experience: 5–8 Years ✅ Certification: SIAM Foundation – Mandatory We are looking for passionate professionals to join our SIAM Centre of Excellence (CoE) team. If you have a zeal for designing new offerings, supporting organizational initiatives, and delivering SIAM projects with quality and timeliness, this role is for you Key Responsibilities Drive strategic and tactical plans for ITIL/ITSM framework implementation across multi-vendor environments. Define and design Service Management solutions covering People, Process, and Tools. Build Service Management Implementation Roadmaps and deliver SIAM projects, due diligence, and assessments. Conduct gap analysis, requirements gathering, and consultative discussions with customers and suppliers. Develop functional specifications, onboard suppliers, and set up SIAM governance and performance reporting frameworks. Support SIAM CoE initiatives, offering development, and capability enhancement. Act as a trusted advisor to senior management and be a change evangelist. Must-Have Skills SIAM Foundation Certification. Strong experience in Process Development, Process Engineering, and Process Consulting . Expertise in ITSM Architecture Design, RFP Solutioning, Transition, and Due Diligence . Pre-sales experience in Service Management. Excellent documentation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Project Management and strong negotiation capabilities. Preferred Multi-vendor implementation experience. Experience in Service quality improvement through continuous process enhancement.
