The consultant will work directly with clients to translate business needs into scalable, efficient boards and automations.Key Responsibilities-1. Requirement Analysis & Client Collaboration● Work closely with business stakeholders to understand processes, bottlenecks, and workflowgoals.● Conduct functional discovery sessions and document business requirements.● Translate client needs into structured Monday.com solutions.2. Solution Design & Configuration● Build and configure Monday.com boards, dashboards, automations, forms, and views.● Create scalable workflows that optimize productivity, visibility, and team collaboration.● Recommend functional enhancements based on business logic.3. Integrations & Technical Coordination● Coordinate with technical teams for integrations (API-based, Zapier, Make.com, etc.).● Ensure smooth connectivity with internal/external systems when required.4. Testing & Quality Assurance● Lead UAT cycles, gather client feedback, and refine configurations accordingly.● Validate that all workflows meet business expectations and project timelines.5. Training & Documentation● Conduct user training and onboarding sessions.● Prepare clear documentation, SOPs, and best-practice guides for clients.6. Support & Optimization● Troubleshoot functional issues and continuously optimize existing setups.● Suggest new features, improvements, and automation opportunities.● Manage multiple client requests while ensuring timely delivery.If Intrested.
