Key Responsibilities - Conduct research to identify relevant healthcare professionals, such as physicians, nurses, and other allied healthcare professionals. - Build and maintain a database of contacts, ensuring data accuracy and completeness. - Prepare and structure questionnaires and surveys using tools like SurveyMonkey and Microsoft Forms for primary market research. - Reach out to identified contacts to schedule interviews and collect data for primary market research. - Communicate effectively with project managers and other team members to ensure project timelines are met. - Analyze collected data and provide meaningful insights. Qualifications - Master's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Public Health, or Health Economics. - Candidates must have maintained a minimum CGPA of 9.5/10 or equivalent in their post-graduate program. Experience - 2-3 years of experience in market research, healthcare, or a related field preferred. - Should have hands-on experience or exposure to tools such as Rocket Reach, Lusha, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Sales Navigator for lead generation or contact identification. - Proven experience in reaching out to healthcare professionals (HCPs), including physicians, surgeons, nurses, and KOLs, for interviews and data collection. Skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Understanding of healthcare systems across key markets (US, EU, APAC, etc.) is highly desirable. - Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with database management software.
