Lead Generator Location Salem Salary Package 12 000 - 18 000 per month About Calmscious Calmscious is a leading mental health and wellness brand that provides therapy counseling and conscious healing solutions We are expanding our team and looking for motivated individuals who can generate quality leads and contribute to our mission of making mental health support accessible to all Role Overview The Lead Generator will be responsible for identifying potential clients creating awareness about Calmscious services and nurturing leads through phone calls online platforms and local outreach This role requires strong communication skills persistence and a passion for helping people access mental wellness solutions Key Responsibilities Identify and qualify potential leads through calls messages and social media Maintain and update lead databases accurately Explain Calmscious services clearly to prospects Follow up with leads to convert them into consultations Coordinate with the sales and counseling teams to ensure smooth client onboarding Meet weekly and monthly lead generation targets Participate in promotional activities events and campaigns when required Requirements Education Minimum graduate any stream Experience 0-2 years in sales lead generation telecalling freshers with strong communication are welcome Skills Excellent verbal written communication in Tamil and English Basic computer skills MS Office Google Sheets Confidence and persistence in follow-ups Personality Self-motivated empathetic and target-oriented Benefits Fixed salary 12 000 - 18 000 per month based on experience Incentives for lead conversion Training and mentorship on communication and mental health awareness Growth opportunities within Calmscious expanding team Job Type Full-time Pay 12 000 00 - 18 000 00 per month Work Location In person
